Episode Two.Eight

Ravi and Sonia greet the holidays in an overdue, overladened jam-packed episode featuring a DriveTime Remote Segment, a bonus holiday clip, and cameos by Santa and the Mayor. And that's all before guest James Hull -- the second guest ever on DriveTime -- returns to talk about the changes afoot at the Gallery at Green Street.

And if that weren't enough -- the DriveTime Digital Elves summon back the Digital Co-host (elevated to the driver's seat!) and Ravi jumps the curb in a shocking coda.

It's good to have you back.
If I ever go to Boston, I'll have to use DriveTime reruns as a tour guide. I'll be certain to visit Axiom, and if the robots haven't taken over by that time then I'll have to see the robot competition.

eric -- first out of the gate with this oddly timed episode of DriveTime (just think about it being really early in advance of Friday!) Hopefully by the time you visit Boston, the robots won't have taken *us* over!

Great show as always Ravi!
Too bad Sonia had to work but your apt skills at beaming her in to possess you and ask questions for a sec was excellent!

So how cold is it in Boston?
I'm in TX and it's probably not as cold. We've only hit 29 degrees once in my area.

lehsa -- Possess me indeed! We had one bone-chilling cold snap, but it's not too bad now... typically in the 40s during the day.

I loved the Sonia transporter.

Can you transport her other places too?

steve -- so far the DriveTime
Digital Elves
have only mastered the Intravehicular Sonia Transportation Protocal (ISTP).

hey now,
nice post-production work...

some holiday requests/ideas:
- dr. B as Santa or Scrooge in back seat
- traditional xmas food made on car's engine block ... figgy pudding?
- living manger scene ... in trunk!
- drive-by wassailing (very slowly)

brian -- your idea cups runneth over!

I'm working on pulling together a Holiday Special for next week (it's not like everyone is too busy next week or anything!)

Thanks for that! I miss Green Street Gallery, James, etc. We were friends but fell out of touch a little bit before I moved to NYC. If you see him, tell him that Brooklyn Kitchen said hello. He'll probably have no idea what you're talking about.
