Episode Three.Three
Ravi and Sonia welcome Holden Lewis from Bankrate.com's Mortgage Matters blog to talk about Baby Jessica, the housing market and a potential "Perfect Storm" a'brewin.
I agree with what he's saying about prices going down. Foreclosures are up in many places. There was some very unwise and lax lending going on during the boom and now those chickens are coming home to roost.
ps. Put me on the wait list for the DriveTime Action Figures!! And you've got to have HotWheels editions of Studio V and Studio A. Studio A would be the "Heritage Collection" right? :)

A HotWheels DriveTime collection would be sweet (I'd love to see that under the Xmas tree). There'd have to be some sort of outlandish option from a "lost episode" (aka. Studio-H, the hovercraft!)
