Episode Two.Ten

Ravi and Sonia burst into 2007 by welcoming Boston's Fox 25 News weekend anchor Bianca de la Garza into Studio-V. She brings along a camera-man/heckler who mutters his way under Ravi's skin.

Amid the engaging conversation, Ravi's "breaking news" quip falls tragically flat.

As a San Diego native and Bianca de la Garza fan, I heartily endorse the creation of "Skytime".

Ravi, you read my mind. Just last evening I was perusing my Google Reader list and thinking, "Hmmm, there hasn't been a DriveTime in quite a while". Now BAM!, here it is. And a really good one, too. Lots of energy. I kept wondering what the cameraman in back was filming, though. Your dashboard?

Funny that you were in Florida. That's where we are now, and have been since Jan. 4th, and will be until Feb. 8th, when we leave for home.Check the blog for video and pics. So, hope to see you at Boston Media Makers in March.

Great episode. Binaca de la Garza is wicked awesome!

The cameraman, not so much. He must not think that videoblogging is equal to professional media since he was talking during your interview. That was Very distracting to the viewer. I can't believe he did it again.

Ravi, you were right to bring it up to him.

When might we see this on Fox?

I was stunned by the backseat muttering...

I think Fox News' piece will air on February 22 or something. I'll let you know!

In spite of the obnoxious cameraman, terrific episode - awesome to have DriveTime back.

The fact that Rich, the camera guy, wasn't introduced totally cracked me up! Maybe that's why he was talking during the show. Spite. Wait a minute! Maybe he was making a move on Sonia!

Good weather or bad weather, I love DriveTime.

I'd so go for Skytime...and the offer is still up for making a tee or something for ya. :D

And another thing... you must have stolen our warm weather! Texas has been really cold this year. *brrr* We had a major ice storm back 2 or 3 wks around my birthday. Icky stuff!

Great show as always guys! And Sonia... you look great! :D

FYI,

Did you or Sonia ever see those weird signs everyone freaked out about? The Aqua Teen Hungerforce ones?

Honestly I think their show is so so and more lame than so so but it's meant to appeal to someone under the age of 25.

And the guys involved didn't seem to give a hoot what you Bostonians were feeling about it. That was really painful to hear them both go on about hair for the press conference. Talk about lame.

Every week I check in for real entertainment and this week I got it! YAY!!!!! The anticipation made this episode all that much more satisfiying :)

Not sure what all the fuss is about the camera guy, I thought it helped fill the room with commotion. Granted I like commotion. Ravi, you sure hold your own with network personalities... you got it, man.

suggestion: hitch hikers?

Tarey... your suggestion only works if they have budlight. ;)

You two look like some people I sit next to on Saturdays at Fenway. Cool.

I sit on the other side of Johnny.

Ravi you card...Sonia you doll...what an entertaining few minutes you offer. But I'll tell you what...I just experienced the goddess from Fox 25 and I still can't stand up straight. What a beautiful, enchanting, knock-out wicked woman! Oh goodness, how can I ever achieve happiness in life knowing I'll never marry this...this...angel from heaven's heaven. That reminds me...ever wonder where God came from, and the mechanics, whatever they are, required to accomplish it? Hmmmm....
