Thanks to the stateside commenters who've informed me that the legendary Beyond Tomorrow segment on "DriveTime TV" is now airing in the states....
And I mean right now -- at this moment!
It's on The Science Channel and is airing a couple of times today and again on Sunday according to their schedule on-line.

And I'm watching it right now. Really. WATCH OUT FOR THAT TRUCK. .. whew.
If only I had cable TV... :-(
VCR/DVR away folks!
I didn't watch the end of the segment. The A-Team is on the Sleuth channel. It's the one where BA doesn't want to fly, so they drug him.
Damn you Mr.T for stealing my moment!
Didn't they have to drug BA to fly in like every other episode?
Wait a second. This is an A-Team clip show. I've struck gold, a whole season's worth of highlights.
grssmnperez -- I suggest reading the Guest FAQ, which probably should be updated since it's now over six months old...
Wow! Great plublicity!
I just saw it. :)
Your videoblog is very interesting.
I have cable but it's only analog so if I want any "good" channels other than Sci Fi, AMC and TCM I have to pay for digital :P
I can't believe you don't have cable but I guess you have lives and too busy to watch tv? I have to have something to do other than the computer and reading. Living alone I keep lots of media around for company.

elledeegee -- here's my take on cable. Right now we have an $8 a month package -- basically broadcast with some odd cable channels in there (Spike TV, MSNBC, FX). BUT it goes directly into the TV (no box), so we can program our VCR to tape different shows on different channels, while we watch want we want to watch. (Yes, I am embracing 1980s technology).
Any upgrade -- even to Digital Cable -- requires the VCR to be tuned to channel 3. I'm not sure we could even tape something and watch something else.
And the next upgrade from our beloved $8/month is something like $50/month with a box rental. To upgrade to full DVR blah blah is something like $120/month.
Plus, I think network TV is underrated (big fan of Lost, 24, Grey's Anatomy, etc).
The big drawback is not being able to watch the Red Sox, but trusy Costello's across the street provides an open door (literally!) and a NESN plasma screen with a 24 oz Harpoon UFO for $5.
And then we Netflix stuff that we can't watch on broadcast (HBO stuff, etc).
There you go! More info than you probably ever wanted! :-)
LOL No problems on the explanation. :D
By the way... elledeegee = Lehsa... I used my blogger name. I thought I had a profile piccie but apparently not. :P
I may have to login and add one. It will probably be some of my art... I dislike using pics of myself. Guess I'm a bit shy.

Test post... why is my icon not showing? :(
And I was going to say something else and now I forgot, Ravi. LOL
